The Consultation Process

Identifying the security problem

Cctv ConsultationWe start by listening to what you want to achieve from your security system. We then employ a range of research and analytical skills to determine the right security system for you.

Security system design, planning and consultation.

Following agreement on security system design, standards and costs, the contract and work programme is agreed.

Security system installation and commissioning

A member of the SPS Security Management team is assigned to project manage and assist our installation engineers with your security system project and oversee all stages of the work until the service is finally commissioned.

Reporting

Following any security incident, relating to SPS protected individuals or property, we provide you with a detailed report that can be retained for future reference.

Security system maintenance and customer care

Our involvement extends beyond the installation of your security system. Arrangements can be made to ensure that however sophisticated your CCTV, Access Conrol or Fire and Alarm systems are, they are maintained to the highest standards by our service engineers.

A SPS customer care manager will also maintain regular contact with you to ensure that your security system meets your expectations and that necessary security equipment updates and improvements are addressed as appropriate.

Security system upgrade

As a matter of course, we will keep you informed about improvements in security technology and service. This enables you to make an informed decision about when to upgrade your security system for greater benefits or to maximise protection.

Research and development

Our technical services division is constantly reviewing our technical processes and security products to ensure that we are ahead of the market in security product development.
